More technology and precision for drilling in concrete or rock is possible with the use of diamond core bits. Perfect holes, in diameters from half an inch up to 25 inches, even (for certain diameters) at depths of more than 20 meters, without the need for jackhammers or any other percussive tool.

With a huge range of diameters, diamond crowned holes are the ideal solution for passing hydraulic, electrical and air conditioning pipes, fiber optic cables and so on.

As diamond core drilling does not transmit vibrations to the structure, unlike impact tools (such as hammers, sledgehammers, pointers and jackhammers), it allows for greater safety and structural integrity, as well as being an excellent alternative for confined spaces and those with noise restrictions.

For diameters over 25 inches, we use the hole stitching technique, which consists of a sequence of perforations, one next to the other, which makes it easier to open spaces with different geometries and remove the “core” of the opening.
